Here's a twist on pasta cabonara, spinach cabonara. This is brilliant. I love this dish traditionally made with pancetta and eggs with lots of black pepper. But why not substitute the pancetta with spinach for a lighter fare?

21 months

My new Friday post is dedicated to my lil man, Isaiah. Here he is making a very strange but adorable face. Not that unusual around here:) Today also marks the day he had surgery, one year ago. I'm so grateful for his healthy recovery. Love my lil man.
