Santa made a surprise visit to the apartment today and left a circus tent for Isaiah. I couldn't help myself. I saw it at IKEA today and I thought how much I would have loved having my own tent as a kid and snatched it up for him.
At the grocery store today I turned to grab something and when I turned back I found Isaiah had snatched up a Santa hat and helped himself. I guess this is his way of kicking off the Holiday season. Ho ho ho? Sure, why not.
It's Friday night around here and it's a party as usual. Yes, that's an Advil bottle. I know, I know. Isaiah calls it the shaker, but tonight it was a camera. He was taking my picture ;)
I'm a little late on a Halloween post, but here you have it. Isaiah was Optimus Prime and it was so adorable. We went trick or treating with his friend Jack, the giraffe, and they thought it was the coolest thing ever.
Everywhere I look I see pumpkin flavored something. And while all of it is tempting, I usually resist the unnecessary, but delicious treats. But, I gave into these two gems I found at Trader Joe's. And I'm happy to report both are delish.
My lil man came home early from school with a fever this week. All he wanted was for me to hold him. It was kinda sad but really adorable at the same time. Love my lil man.
I've developed a little obsession with homemade caramel. After days of trying to perfect it, I finally got it right and oh my god it is amazing. I love adding it to my coffee or drizzling it over apples for dessert.
